The school is centrally located in Liverpool, catering for children from Foundation stage to post 16. All pupils have an Educational Health Care plan and their curriculum is enhanced by Specialist Therapists.

This school are fortunate enough to boast specialist rooms for Sciences, Art and ICT as well as safe grounds and a well-connected network of classrooms.

What are we looking for?
*Experience of supporting children who have a visual impairment.
*Able to read Braille.
*Hold a relevant qualification in Braille (Level 2 minimum)
*Proven track record of working in an educational setting
*A confident and positive approach to working with children
*The ability to be a proactive team member, committed to raising standards and achievement
*An enthusiasm to develop and encourage young people
*A willingness and enthusiasm to commit to the expectations of the role and a desire to contribute to extra-curricular responsibilities
*Have a current DBS registered with the Update Service or willing to process one through Tradewind.
