Tradewind are recruiting on behalf an Outstanding school based in Salford, who are looking to recruit two graduate Teaching Assistants to deliver interventions across their KS2 classes. Mainly in years 5 and 6.

This Graduate Teaching Assistant position offers:

Graduate Teaching Assistant: - The Role:
-Work alongside and learn from a talented and supportive team of Upper KS2 teachers
-Develop teaching techniques and communication skills
-Lead 1:1 / small group intervention groups - planning provided
-Monitor pupil progress
-Supporting teachers working with pupils on a 1:1 and group basis
-Take on feedback to continually improve your practice

Graduate Teaching Assistant:- Person Specification:
-Degree / Level 3 Teaching Assistant / QTS / HLTA
-Excellent organisation and communication skills
-Previous experience working with children (not necessarily in a classroom) is desirable
-Passionate about education or aspirations to teach
