Tradewind Manchester are recruiting on behalf an Outstanding school based in central Altrincham, Trafford, who are looking to recruit two graduate teaching assistants to deliver interventions across their KS2 department.

Graduate Teaching Assistant:
-Full-time long-term role starting in September.
-Based in Altrincham, walkable from Altincham, bus, train and Metro link station
-£65 - £75 per day, term time only, 5 days a week.
-Excellent KS2 department - Outstanding grading and a teaching school.
-Warm environment - supporting pupils in Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5 and 6)
-Supportive inclusion department - all abilities including high achievers

Graduate Teaching Assistant: - The Role:
-Work alongside and learn from a talented and supportive team of UKS2 teachers.
-Develop teaching techniques and communication skills.
-Lead 1:1 / small group intervention groups - planning provided that you will adapt to suit learners.
-Monitor and track pupil progress.
-Supporting teachers working with pupils on a 1:1 and group basis.
-Take on feedback to continually improve your practice.

Graduate Teaching Assistant:- Person Specification:
-Degree.
-Excellent organisation and communication skills.
-Previous experience working with children (not necessarily in a classroom) is desirable.
-Passionate about education or aspirations to teach.
