Tradewind are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work at Catholic Primary School in Greenwich. This Teaching Assistant role is starting September 2020 full time 5 days a week. The pay will based on experience between £70 - £85 per day on a contract for 1 year.

This position is for a Teaching Assistant to work with classes in KS1 as well as one to one with a child in Year 1. The child in question is currently being assessed in regards to Autism. The successful Teaching Assistant will have previous experience working with this particular need. Within this role you will be expected to assist with literacy and numeracy sessions. It is important as well that you would be able to support and be confident in managing the behaviour of pupils in line with school policy.

The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK. We will require two references from you on Registration. Experience working with SEN students especially with Autism is desired. A 'C' grade or above in English and Mathematics GCSE is also a requirement due to the Literacy and Mathematics work involved.

The school is located in Greenwich and close to two train stations within a short 10 minute walk. Parking would be available for the successful candidate.
