The Headteacher is looking for a Year 5 teaching assistant to support a child who is particularly disruptive in class. The right candidate for this role will have a firm but fair approach to behaviour management strategies and not be afraid of hard work. Your role will be to ensure the child is focused and learning during all lessons. Academically, the pupil is very able; They mainly require behaviour support.

The school are looking for a positive and hardworking member of staff to join their team. They are looking for a candidate who can commit to working in the school on a long-term basis.

The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who:

*Has previous experience working with children in an educational setting
*Has a degree or previous school experience
*Is a confident practitioner who enjoys challenge
