Tradewind Recruitment is working with an inclusive, supportive and busy Secondary School in Barnet who are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team this January. This position will be offered on a full time, long term basis until the end of the academic year and is open to all recent Graduates with 2:1 minimum and strong A Levels who are passionate about education!

The Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Barnet, North London:
*As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting student learning across the curriculum, encouraging and motivating lower set students and students with mild special educational needs to reach their full potential and give them the tools so they can work towards independent learning
*You will be working as part of a large, passionate inclusion team of like mind educators who will teach you techniques and skills including lesson differentiation, how to adapt to ever changing situations and deescalating challenging behaviour
*The successful candidate will be a recent graduate interested in a long term career in education
*Prior experience working with young people such as tutoring, youth mentoring or prior Teaching Assistant experience would be highly beneficial to this position
