Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced ASC specialist to work with autistic pupils on a full-time basis in an Ofsted Outstanding SEN school in Barnet. The role starts ASAP and is an ongoing role that will become permanent for the right candidate at a daily rate between £75 and £90 per day and would be for the rest of the academic year.

Highly regarded SEN school in Barnet that specialises in working with Autistic (ASC) pupils and additional complex learning needs. The school is a modern purpose-built facility and playgrounds equipped for physical exploration and interactive play.

This school has a fantastic reputation in the local area and has received Ofsted Outstanding for the past 3 Ofsted inspections.

Located in North Barnet the school has local bus links however if you are a driver it is much easier to drive and the school have ample parking.

You will be working as a support staff member in a team of three who will work throughout the school providing additional support to those classes who need it most throughout the day.

Experience working with Autistic pupils is preferred but not essential
Staff will need to be able to think on their feet and work with energetic challenging pupils.
PECS and Makaton experience is desired.
