Tradewind are seeking a primary Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Barnsley on a supply basis. The school require a flexible and adaptable Teaching Assistant who is happy to work across the primary age range. The salary will range from £13,650 to £15,080.

The school is based in a dynamic residential area of South Barnsley. They are a friendly primary school with a supportive SLT. They have a friendly and welcoming team and staff and pride themselves on their inclusive ethos.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be required to support classes from EYFS to Year 6. They may also be asked to provide 1:1 support and small group interventions. They are looking for a flexible Teaching Assistant who can adapt and fit in with the requirements of the school.

Essential requirements:

Knowledge of the primary UK National Curriculum (EYFS, KS1, KS2), prior Teaching Assistant experience, legal right to work in the UK, enhanced child DBS check.
