Tradewind Recruitment are working with a fantastic new school who are looking for a strong and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their expanding and supportive team.

As a Teaching Assistant you are to work as part of the Student Support Team in supporting students in and out of lessons, including students with learning difficulties/disabilities.

The ideal candidates will have evidence of having worked with children in some capacity; this could be as a parent/carer and have ability to build good working relationships with a range of colleagues and children.

A brand new school, they boast purpose-built, modern facilities which are fully resourced. The school is located in the ideal, leafy location of Bedford with good transport links and accessible parking.


The Teaching Assistant must:
*Ideally hold a degree (in any subject) or other relevant qualifications e.g. childcare
*Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA/121
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
