The successful candidate will be a key member of the Key Stage One team responsible for the education and care of the children. Your main responsibility will be to support a Year 1 pupil who has medical and health needs. You will be required to administer said medicine at the instructed time and liaise with other health care professionals including local hospitals, Borough School Nurse and the school's internal welfare officer.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
*An understanding of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
*First Aid qualification
*A calm and caring practitioner
*Proactive and able to use own initiative

To be considered for this position the school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working in a school setting.
The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas police Clearances and professional reference checks.
