The Headteacher is looking for someone who can start in September 2020 and willing to commit to working full time until July 2021. Working hours are 8:30-4:00, term time only.

The diverse and forward-thinking Primary School aim to provide a supportive and caring environment with inspirational teaching motivating pupils to become lifelong learners. The school have a strong focus on reading, writing and maths. They aim to make lessons creative and fun. They welcome children and staff from a wide range of backgrounds, abilities and talents.

The successful applicant will be working in a Key Stage One Class providing 1:1 support or small group support to learners who require additional support accessing the UK curriculum. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN is required for this role. The right candidate for this role will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

The school is located in Brent with on-site parking available. The school can provide all staff with CPD. If travelling via public transport, the school is accessible via the metropolitan line. The school are part of the boroughs teaching alliance allowing career progression in the future.

To be considered for this position the school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working in a school setting.
The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas police Clearances and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
