Ready to start a new role? Tradewind is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant for a position in Bromley for 1:1 Special Needs.

Tradewind Recruitment is hiring an experience and qualified Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school based in Bromley for an ASAP start. This position is for a full time contract that will be through till July 2021 and the rate will be based on experience between £70-85 per day.

This Primary school is a fun place to work, everyone here comes to work with a smile on their face and the attitude that they will do their all for each child. The purpose built school moved into their building less than 10 years ago so it provides ample space and room for learning to take place. The School has many outdoor areas as well for learning to take place.

The perfect candidate will have experience of working with children with speech and language difficulties. It would also be desirable that they have used MAKATON but further training in school can be given. The student this role is for currently has no verbal language. They have joined the school in the Nursery so experience of working in EYFS would be fantastic.

Tradewind are looking for:
- A Teaching Assistant who has a caring approach.

- A candidate that can will speak with SENCo and SLAT to provide feedback and plan further care.

- A person is driven and will do their all every day for the child in their care.


This lovely Primary school is based in Bromley and parking is available. Many bus routes stop locally to the school as well.

To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role you will need to:

- Hold a Teaching Assistant Qualification such as CACHE, SEN Qualification or have at least 1 year of experience working with SEN

- References that cover at least 6 months of child based work within the past 2 years.

- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained

- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
