Within this role, you will be working in partnership with the class teacher, assisting with preparation & planning as well as the overall running and organisation of the classroom.

The students are very well behaved due to the structure put in place by the head teacher. The students know exactly where they're meant to be and what they're meant to do and it's your job to help guide them along.
INFORMATION ON THE ROLE
*8:30AM to 5:00PM - the students leave at 3:30 but you're required to help the teacher with her planning for the following day
*Year 4 general TA
*Rate is £80 per day
*ASAP start with view of going permanent

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
*A degree with a 2:1 or higher
*Experience as a TA
*Ideally KS2 experience
*Great behaviour management
*Up to date safeguarding training
*First aid training (desired)
*Assertive, Engaging and Proactive
