Join our welcoming Camden-based primary school as a dedicated Teaching Assistant specializing in behaviour support. Your role will involve working closely with students who require additional support to manage their behaviour and emotions effectively. As a Behavioural Support TA, you will collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement behaviour management strategies, create personalized support plans, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience working with children with behavioural challenges and a compassionate approach to supporting their social and emotional well-being. Your ability to build strong relationships and employ effective de-escalation techniques will be crucial in helping students thrive academically and emotionally.
This fulfilling position begins in November 2023, offering a competitive daily rate between £80 - £95 per day, providing you with an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
