Tradewind urgently seek to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in 1 of our client schools in Chelmsford from January. Whether you already have experience working in a school or are someone from a Social Care background or even a new Graduate looking to secure experience in a Primary School we want to hear from you!

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a friendly, fun and enthusiastic individual to work with children at school, supporting their learning journey ensuring they make a good level of progress.

The school we are working closely with are looking for someone who can support their pupils with a range of needs. Therefore, no matter how large or small your experience supporting in the classroom and with SEND we would like to hear from you!
We want Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants who can support children in a variety of lessons.
A committed professional, who has previous experience working with children. Experience with special needs would be advantageous but not essential.
A lively and caring individual who will support groups of children and act as a 1:1 support when needed.
