Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a primary school in the Chesterfield area seeking an Early years professional to work alongside their Early Years team supporting in a Reception class.
The successful applicant should have a relevant childcare qualification at least Level 3 and have experience in supporting the needs and development of children in these age groups. Experience of assessing children's progress against the Early Years learning goals would also be beneficial for this post.
The post is part time Monday to Wednesday, although there could be some flexibility in these days.
The school is a two form entry school previously graded good by Ofsted in 2017, it is located within easy commuting distance of the M1 with great access to public transport.
You will be joining an established team of Early Years professionals and the Early Years provision is well equipped both indoors and outdoors having a large secure area to offer outdoor provision.
The school has a Covid secure risk assessment in place which will be shared with you before commencing the role, all staff will have access to a secure, private car park.

Pay £65.00 - 80.00 per day

To join us and be successful in this Level 3 Teaching Assistant role you will need to;
hold a recognised Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Have a passion for Early Years education.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
