They're specifically looking for someone to work within year 4 and be open to working with a high functioning Autistic student in the class. The student is very well behaved and bright, he's fully capable of working on his own so you don't need to spend a lot of time; make sure he gets on with his work and then assist the whole class.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
*Degree with a 2:1 or higher
*Strong behaviour management
*Experience within KS2
*Youth work experience (desired)
*Up to date safeguarding training
*First aid training (desired)
*Assertive, Engaging and Proactive

You are required to work from 8:30am until 4:00PM and run an afterschool club once a week for an additional 30 minutes.

Westbourne Park station is on the doorstep of the school - there are also various busses that drop you near the grounds.
