Applications from experienced Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) and from enthusiastic graduates will be considered.

Successful candidates will be positive, proactive and reliable and will work collaboratively with a Class Teacher to provide high quality support to pupils, either on a 1:1 to basis or to a full class of pupils.

As a Teaching Assistant you might be expected to do the following:

*Support children on an individual or group basis
*Support children with additional or special needs
*Assist with creating a culture of excellence and good behaviour
*Be a positive role model
*Assist with the planning of learning activities
*Help with classroom preparation
