Tradewind recruitment is currently working with a secondary school in Croydon to recruit a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long term basis to commence immediately.

You will be assisting the school in raising the standards of achievement for pupils who require additional help and support. You will implement work programmes in the classroom during the short-term absence of teachers to promote and implement order and good behaviour.

Your key areas of responsibility will be the following:
Support for Pupils
Support for the Teacher
Support for the Curriculum
Support the SENCO and the inclusion department
