Are you a passionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (TA) looking for an exciting opportunity in a leading mainstream Primary School in Daventry? Look no further!
Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with an exceptional Primary School seeking a dedicated TA to work on a 1:1 basis with a child within a mainstream setting. This role offers a competitive salary of £80 to £90 per day, with the potential for a permanent position at the end of the contract. The position is full-time, with working hours between 8.30am and 3.30pm.

To be successful in this role, we require:
- Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a U.K Primary/Secondary School, or a minimum CACHE Level 2 qualification, or recent graduates with a passion for education.
- The ability to inspire, engage, and progress students of all backgrounds and ages.
- Some understanding of SEN, particularly autism, dyslexia, and communications difficulties, and a strong desire to work with Special Needs pupils.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm, starting ASAP.
