We are looking for a year 1 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a progressive Primary School in Hackney.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a school setting and will be able to provide support to the class teacher. You will also be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative tasks, such as keeping records and preparing resources.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the class teacher in the classroom
• Help children with their work
• Carry out administrative tasks
• Prepare resources

Qualifications:

• GCSEs in English and Maths
• Experience working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
