The student tends to act out and become verbally aggressive when she doesn't understand something or when she's told what to do instead of asked. The student has good days and bad days but they need someone strong that can work with her, make her feel comfortable but also be firm & fair - the school wanted someone with PRU experience.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
*A degree with a 2:1 or higher
*Very strong in behaviour management
*Team Teach (or equivalent) trained
*Ideally has PRU experience
*Up to date First Aid training (not required but a plus)
*Up to date Safeguarding training
*A keen interest in education
*The ability to slot in when and were needed - flexibility
*Bubbly personality

Finsbury Park station is a stone's throw from the school - there are also various busses that drop you near the grounds
