SANZA Teaching Agency is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience working with students with ASD to join an outstanding school. This Teaching Assistant position is due to start late March 2021 and will continue until the end of the academic year with the view of extending to September 2021. This role is paying a daily rate of £75 - £85 per day.
This is a two-form entry primary school based in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea great link to public transport and parking onsite. This primary schoo provide a stimulating and exciting curriculum, which is both inclusive and challenging in order to get the best from every child. The National Curriculum lies at the heart of what is taught at this primary school. They believe it sets out a clear, full and statutory entitlement to learning for all children aged five to eleven and determines the content of what will be taught. Your role as a Teaching Assistant will be to work in Reception Class as a Teaching Assistant with a student diagnosed with ASD and is nonverbal.
To be shortlisted for the Teaching Assistant position, you need to:
- Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant and with student diagnosed with SEN
- Have knowledge and understanding of EYFS and the needs of students diagnosed with ASD aged 3 - 5
- Be highly adaptable and quick on your feet
- Be available to work 5 days per week on long term basis and have the desire to be part of a wonderful school community
