Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
- Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in their academic and personal development.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Assist with administrative tasks and classroom preparation.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and parents/guardians.
Requirements for Tradewind:
- Possession of a valid DBS on the update service.
- Submission of a comprehensive CV with full career history.
- Providing at least two satisfactory references.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
