Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a number of reliable Teaching Assistants with good behaviour management skills and who are available to cover daily, short term supply or long-term assignments. We require people who are available for both full and part time work. Tradewind work closely with Secondary Schools and Academies located throughout Liverpool and help them cover planned and unplanned staff absences.

You will be required to work with secondary aged students, from Year 7 to Year 11, on a 1:1 basis and in some situations whole class support. The pupils will have a variety of special educational needs that you will be expected to support whilst promoting their learning and personal development. You will ensure that the students are able to have to access to the best educational opportunities, whilst maintaining focus on their studies, helping them to reach their full academic potential. We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are flexible, enthusiastic and motivated to do well each day

- Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
- an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable)
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained
