Working in collaboration with Tradewind Recruitment, the governors of a North Liverpool Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, who is committed and passionate about Early Years provision and is able to provide high quality support.


We are looking for someone who:

*Can deliver high quality teaching and learning in Early Years.

*Can deliver specific support to raise the attainment of under-performing children and groups.

*Can enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning.

*Is committed to high standards and able to assist in planning, preparation and delivery of lessons.

*Can work independently to deliver, monitor and evaluate the success of interventions.

*Can keep detailed notes on progress and attainment.

*Is able to work effectively as part of a team.

*Has excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.

*Will be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community.
