Role Overview: As a KS4 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing targeted support to Key Stage 4 students, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to thrive academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly within Key Stage 4.

  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Empathy and patience to guide students through challenges and encourage their progress.
