Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to teachers in delivering outstanding lessons, catering to the diverse learning needs of our students.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to plan and implement differentiated learning activities, ensuring every student receives the necessary support and challenge.
- Contribute to maintaining an engaging and well-managed classroom environment, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Lead small group sessions, facilitating active participation and promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Offer individualised assistance to students during classwork and assignments, reinforcing learning objectives and providing feedback for improvement.
- Monitor and track student progress, working closely with teachers to assess student performance and provide relevant feedback.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, demonstrating expertise in supporting student's academic and personal development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing effective engagement with teachers, students, and parents.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Availability to work within the designated academy trust's timetable.
