As an EYFS SEND Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing personalized support and guidance to children with diverse learning needs. From creating inclusive learning environments to implementing individualized education plans, you'll have the opportunity to nurture the growth and development of every child.

Requirements:

Passion for working with EYFS children and supporting students with SEND

Empathy, patience, and a nurturing demeanor

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles

Relevant qualifications and/or experience in EYFS education and/or SEND support (preferred but not essential)
