We are looking for a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to support our educators in delivering quality education to students. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide classroom assistance, support individualised learning, and contribute to the overall positive and engaging atmosphere of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lead teachers to assist in the planning and implementation of lesson plans.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need additional assistance.
• Assist in the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support classroom management by reinforcing established rules and expectations.
• Aid in the preparation of learning materials and resources.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.

• Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with diverse learners.
• Knowledge of educational principles and classroom management techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of educators.
