If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA).

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons to children aged 3 to 5 years. You will work collaboratively with the teaching staff to create a positive and stimulating learning environment that caters to the unique needs of young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of creative and interactive lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Support individual and small group activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning community.
• Provide feedback on children's progress and contribute to the assessment and reporting process.
• Create and maintain a safe and welcoming learning space, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all children.
