Are you Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a Secondary Alternative Provision School in Preston?

Tradewind are currently recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in highly successful Secondary Alternative Provision based in Preston Ofsted rated 'Good' with 80 pupils on role, the school are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time, long term basis. The role is to starts September 1st, 2020, full-time on a long term temporary contract, working 5 days per week.

The Secondary Alternative Provision is Ofsted rated "Good" with 40 pupils; the school caters for KS3 - KS4 pupils with a wide range or specific needs such as challenging behaviour and Social Emotional and Mental Health needs.

They are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working on a 1-2-1 and group basis. Your role will be to support in class as well as 1-2-1/ group intervention work when needed. Class work will be set by their class teacher. You will not need to plan any of the work but using your inchoative to adapt the work where needed.
