The school is looking for a warm Teaching assistant to join their 'good' school in September 2020. You would be committing to them for the entire academic year, until July 2021. They want someone who share the same ethos, and can-do attitude to work within a Reception class as a general Teaching Assistant.

Each day begins with setting up the classroom before the students arrive, and ensuring the work is planned for the day. You would be working closely with the class teacher writing observations and running a small phonics and reading group. It is desired if you have a creative side and enjoy arts and crafts to assist with the children's fine motor skills.

Role Specifics:


*Commencing in September 2020-July 2021
*Reception Teaching Assistant
*Experience with children is encouraged
*Working 8:30-3:30 with some days staying later to clean up the room and prepare for the following day
*Commitment 5 days a week- this is a full-time role
*Able to commit for the entire Academic School Year
*Open to assisting with observations, and assessments
*Be personable, friendly, eager to learn and dive right in
*Confident in asking questions, and learning what techniques work best
*Happy to get to know the parents, and give feedback each day
*Easily accessible by public transportation and by car
