Tradewind is working with a variety of schools located throughout Rickmansworth, Watford and North West London who are looking for talented Teaching Assistants and Graduates who want to help support their students achieve the best!

** Teaching Assistants - All Graduate subjects welcome
** Immediate start across Schools in South West Hertfordshire and East Buckinghamshire Bucks
** Long term role paid between £70 and £80 per day
** Teacher Training contracts available to the best performing TA's

Tradewind are proud to be supporting a huge range of Secondary schools and Academies throughout Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Able to offer both part time and full time posts that enhance CV's and provide training, development and routes into teacher training. Our schools are fast paced and offer support to student teachers and experienced Teaching Assistants to become successful in the demanding education sector. With current events many schools have require additional support for students who have knowledge gaps due to home schooling and inspiring Teaching Assistants are needed to help support these students. The role of Teaching Assistant is a rewarding role that will see you work with small groups and on a one to one basis.

Graduate TA requirements:
* Minimum of a 2:2 degree, strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Ability to lead by example and work alongside all pupils
* Strong, confident personalities that will inspire students
* Open to taking on teacher training later

Experienced TA requirements:
* Recent TA or LSA experience
* Able to offer 3+ days p/week
* A Strong, positive, 'can do' attitude
* Open to further training and longer term assignments
