Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an experienced Graduate looking for a support role in Education the borough of Southwark?

Are you a recent graduate looking for experience with Mental Health or SEN students? I am recruiting here at Tradewind and I hope to have a great opportunity for you! We are looking for graduates who come from a Psychology or Educational background to work in an alternative provision providing support to individuals who struggle with social, emotional and mental health.

The initial role will involve working with students one to one or in small groups; you will build positive learning experiences while developing their skills and confidence to become more successful within education. It's a great opportunity to work with individuals building their self-esteem and knowledge so that they can show initiative and accept responsibility for their actions. The opportunity to work for an Ofsted rated "good" school and to gain experience working alongside SEMH and Behavioural professionals is something that cannot be missed!

Candidate Role and Requirements:
* Psychology or Educational degree
* 1 on 1 and small group work
* Delivering intervention
* Behaviour Management
* Available Monday to Friday 08:30 till 15:30
* Previous experience desirable but not essential
