Tradewind recruitment are currently looking for confident graduate TA's for primary schools across Southwark and Lewisham. This role is paying a daily rate of between £70 - £80 depending on the candidate's levels experience and the exact specifications of the job.

Tradewind is keen to recruit daily supply TAs to join the agency

The Teaching Assistant:

*Ideally hold a degree (in any subject) or other relevant qualifications
*Must have experience working with children
*Possess good overall knowledge of SEN
*Be able to support 5-11 year olds in an academic environment
*Be proactive and positive in their work ethic
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Should set clear boundaries and be assertive when necessary
