What We're Looking For:
Outgoing and Resilient: We need someone who can connect with the pupil on a personal level and remain resilient in challenging situations.
SEN Experience: Your experience with Special Educational Needs is invaluable in providing the tailored support required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to a behaviourally challenged pupil in the EYFS setting.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement strategies to address specific behavioural challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to achieve educational goals.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- A compassionate and patient approach.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
