Teaching Assistant required to support a dynamic and engaging SEN team - Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire - £70 to £80 per day based on experience - Open to experienced Teaching Assistants or Graduates looking for class / school experience - ASAP start till end of academic year

Are you looking to build classroom and/or pupil experience within a supportive and engaging SEN department located in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire? Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a well structured and supportive department where you can hone your skills and benefit from a tailored CPD plan?

Located on the outskirts of Welwyn Garden City, this is a supportive and well organised school with excellent staff retention. As a Teaching Assistant you will be working with various pupils on a 1-2-1 basis, leading groups of pupils and supporting in various classes. Intervention classes will focus on supporting pupils ahead of their exams so excellent numeracy and literacy skills are needed.

Key requirements for this role are:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Graduate Teaching Assistants looking for experience or a career in education.
* Tuition, SEN or youth work is advantageous.
* Excellent numeracy and Literacy skills
* A warm, professional approach
* Passion for education and learning

This role is a long-term post starting ASAP or from January through to the end of the July. Due to the ongoing pandemic it is essential you can commit to this time so please only apply for this post if you are able to meet this requirement!
