The role is full time and the successful candidate should hold a relevant TA qualification at level 3 or above. You will be working within classrooms across Key Stage 2 as general classroom support as well as working closely with the Year 3 and Year 4 teachers to deliver a programme of interventions to those students tracking behind expected progress in English and Maths.

Previous experience of working with children with SEND would be a benefit for this role as would a thorough understanding of the lower key stage 2 curriculum, particularly in English and Maths.

The school is a two form entry primary school based in Willenhall, Walsall, whose strong leadership was praised in the last Ofsted report. The school is easily accessible on public transport and staff have access to secure on site parking.

Pay £70.00 - £85.00 per day - Dependant on level qualification and experience

To join us and be successful in this Full time Teaching Assistant role you will need to:
Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 3 or above.

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
