The role is to start in September 2020 until the end of the Winter term and has potential to lead to a permanent position for the right person. This is a full-time role with a salary of £65 per day.

About the role

This primary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within one of their Year 3 classes. The successful candidate must have excellent behaviour management and a good knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum.

The role itself will involve working within Year 3, supporting the class teacher in the delivery of the National Curriculum, and working closely with a group of children who are working at a lower ability than the rest of the class and require extra support. The school are looking for somebody who is firm and patient, that has the ability to be innovative and engaging, ensuring that the children have fun whilst making progress.
