Tradewind are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant, who has previous experience working with children who have special educational needs.
This role requires working on a one to one basis with a key stage 2 child, who has ASD and Dyscalculia . The extra support from a patient but firm adult helps this child flourish. However, this role does need someone with class based experience and preferably someone who has supported a child or adult with autism before. Not only is this a very rewarding job, but you would also be completely supported with ongoing training and development by both the school and Tradewind.
The school is located just outside of Liverpool City Centre, and easily accessible by public transport links and the motorway plus the school does offer some secure parking. The facilities at this school are second to none, and known as visionary in regards to their commitment to researching ASD.
To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role you will need to:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
* Has experience of working with ASD children
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
