Initially temporary, this role has the potential to transition into a permanent position, with the possibility of receiving a school contract.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting Key Stage 1 pupils, providing 1:1 assistance to enhance their learning development. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of supporting students in need of developmental assistance, particularly in reading, writing, or mathematics. Strong language and literacy skills, the ability to engage students, differentiate work based on academic levels, and a clear understanding of phonics are essential qualifications for this position.
Key Role Details:
- Working hours: 8:15 am - 4:00 pm

To qualify for this role, you must:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Undergo an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
