Tradewind recruitment are looking for committed, hardworking Teaching Assistants to join this vibrant, happy and successful school in Lewisham, South East London. The position starts in September, it is full time paying a daily rate of up to £85 per day dependant on experience.

The school has 3 forms of entry and as well as a close team of friendly teachers, the school employs subject leaders, HLTAs and inclusion assistants to make learning and development achievable for all. It has a wonderful, caring and creative tradition and believe that the teaching of music, drama and other creative arts play a vital role in a child's overall education. Children here have access to a wide variety of activities and interests including the chance to learn a musical instrument as part of our music lessons. Visiting practitioners include theatre groups, actors, musicians, educational practitioners and sports coaches. Classes within the school are named after theatres because they are passionate about creativity and drama.

The school is situated in the Lewisham, South East London. It's easily accessible by train, DLR or bus. There is also a useful staff car park available for drivers.

The school is fairly large and therefore the Headteacher is keen to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants to join the team this September.

The TA must:
*Have experience working with children ideally 5-11 year olds
*Ideally have a degree or related qualifications to this role
*Have excellent communication skills
*Be enthusiastic and creative with good behaviour management skills
*Work effectively with fellow colleagues
*Be organised and efficient
