Tradewind SEN Division are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant with a relevant background in care or a person centred role. This is also a great opportunity for a graduate or support worker who is looking to gain experience in the education sector.

We are recruiting for an Outstanding SEN school based in Wirral who require support for pupils aged 11-16 years on a full time basis. The school boasts many resources and caters for pupils with Autism and Complex Needs.

You would support pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and socially whilst carrying out general teaching assistant duties either on a 1:1 or small group basis. Due to nature of physical difficulties pupils may have there is an aspect of personal care that includes changing, feeding and toileting therefore care/support workers with vulnerable adults and children would be desired for this role.
