The role:
The initial role will involve working with students one to one or in small groups; you will build positive learning experiences while developing their skills and confidence to become more successful within education. It's a great opportunity to work with individuals building their self esteem and knowledge so that they can show initiative and accept responsibility for their actions. The opportunity to work for an Ofsted rated "good" school and to gain experience working along side SEMH and Behavioural professionals is something that can not be missed!
Candidate Role and Requirements:
*Educational degree
*Graduated by July 2019
*1 on 1 and small group work
*Delivering intervention
*Behaviour Management
*Available Monday to Friday 08:30 till 15:30
*Previous experience desirable but not essential
