Tradewind are currently recruiting a hardworking and organised primary teaching assistant for a very popular primary school in Kings Solihull. The role is starting in the second week of September on a temp to perm basis and a general classroom TA to support KS1.

This position will initially be through agency until a successful term has been completed, with then the opportunity to go directly permanent with the primary school.

The Primary school is a 2-form entry school with a "Good" Ofsted rating. This school is a church of England primary school that has welcoming feel from the moment you enter the school. There is a low turnover of staff due to is supportive nature and strong relationships with the staff and the leadership team.
The schools offers onsite parking for both teachers and TA's, however there are excellent transport links available to this school should public transport be your preferred method of transport.

The role

The role will be to work as a classroom support in KS1. This will involve supporting the teacher with lessons and working with smaller groups to deliver the curriculum to pupils requiring additional help. You may be askeds to support children with SEND, however this will be fully briefed beforehand. Experience in a similar setting would be preferred, however this can include placement experience.

Essential requirements:

All applicants must have full right to work in the UK and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification as a minimum.
