Job Opportunity: Level 2 or Above Teaching Assistant Fixed Term Contract until July 2024
Location: South Sheffield, Small Nursery and Infant School
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at a small Nursery and Infant School in the south of Sheffield. This is a fixed-term role until July 2024, providing an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
- Commitment to working 5 days a week
Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a Year 1 class. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the whole class
- Conducting boosters with children in English, maths, and phonics
- Working with small groups and one-to-one sessions
