Assist in assessing student progress and maintaining accurate records, enabling effective tracking of individual achievements.

Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and a harmonious learning community.

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) to demonstrate your knowledge and competence in supporting students' learning.

Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant, showcasing your ability to provide effective classroom support.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.

A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners

Strong organisational and time-management abilities, ensuring efficient delivery of support and the ability to multitask effectively.
