Tutor experience working with pupils across a Primary or Secondary within an SEMH school

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for enthusiastic Tutor with experience with Primary or secondary age pupils within an SEMH school, to work in one of our partnership SEMH School in Blackburn. The role is part time Monday - Friday 10am - 12pm and 1pm - 3pm on a 1-2-1 basis with pupils within both Primary and Secondary school. This role is from January 2020 - July 2020.

These Primary and Secondary SEMH Schools caters for pupils from Key Stage 2 - Key Stage 4 with and Ofsted rating "Good". The School require a Tutor who has worked with predominantly SEMH however, other SEND support may be required.

As a Tutor you are required to have the ability to engage and build rapport using your understanding of Mental Health and tutor background is essential. As a person-centred Tutor, you will be a dynamic, forward thinking and pro-active team player, with passion and commitment to holistically Tutoring the vulnerable pupils in this Primary and Secondary setting in developing and passing their SATs/Functional Skills/ GCSE's in English and Maths.

If you have worked or studied Mental Health and are interested in working in new settings such as this Good SEMH Secondary School based in Blackburn.

You must have a car to be able to work from different sites in and around East Lancashire area in the part time position.
