Are you seeking a position as an unqualified teacher, or higher-level teaching assistant with intervention responsibilities?



As part of this rapidly improving school you could be in an expanding new team, using current initiatives in education to drive change at an accelerated rate.



The school is seeking to recruit an outstanding unqualified teacher, who would be supported with excellent CPD and training in up to date current strategies for teaching.

This outstanding school in Croydon is looking for a practitioner who is attuned to finding misconceptions and gaps in student's learning in order to rapidly raise attainment through differentiated activities and tailored sessions. Generally, in this role, you would be supporting 10-20 students of a lower prior attainment to their cohort (and national average).



The role would be working mostly with year 2 students but may involve periods of Key Stage 1 too.

An unqualified teacher with evidence of high levels of progress and attainment in their current class

A hard working and committed individual who enjoys working as part of a team

An enthusiastic and flexible teacher with a passion for the job and a real desire to make a difference



An unqualified teacher who can:

Implement consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning, ensuring all children make good progress

Make learning irresistible, effective and inclusive whilst being energetic and committed to raising standards

Accept challenges, inspire and motivate others
